Excellent guide to preparing for the MCP Exam for Exch 2000  |
This is a great guide to preparing for the MCP certification. However I would use this alongside Microsofts Installing and Configuring Exchange 2000.Good and easy to understand for those of us with real world experience.

After reading the original review, I thought I would purchase this book, along with the Exchange 2000 Administrator companion to help me prepare for the exam. The MCSE Exchange 2000 book is a complete waste of time and money. It has to be one of the most rushed MSPress books I have seen, and the explanation of certain subjects conflict with details in the Exchange 2000 Administrator companion book (ISBN: 0735609381). In fact the Administrator companion introduces you to Exchange 2000 MUCH better than the MCSE Exchange 2000 book. If you are looking for a good, easy to learn, understand and "readable" Exchange 2000 book, then get the Admin Companion book. Its a shame MSPress rushed the MCSE kit out, because most of my studying has been with these books. Worse still, you do not get Win2k with this book, which you need to install Exch2000.
